At PoshNTrendy, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our delivery guidelines below.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We deliver all across Bangladesh. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:
Inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 business days
Outside Dhaka (Rest of Bangladesh): 3 to 5 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard flat rates generally apply based on whether the delivery location is inside or outside Dhaka. Special promotions or order values may qualify for free delivery, which will be indicated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as severe weather conditions, political unrest (e.g., strikes/hartals), or courier service disruptions. We appreciate your patience during such times.
If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of the expected delivery date at info@poshntrendybd.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue with our courier partners.
